ReStraL reduces the administrative costs
of recruiting by taking over the administrative
burden of processing CV’s and maintaining
an active database from which potential
applicants can be selected from. We
also leverage on our actively managed
database to provide persons that meet
identified criteria. Outplacement services
assist our clientele to deploy persons
outside of their organisations in such
instances as when the services of such
persons are no longer required in a healthy
and managed way.

in out-placing their people by assisting
in seeking organizations or positions
to which they may be better suited. In
this manner, the organization more effectively
manages the process and impact of disengaging
an otherwise competent staff who may be
unsuitable for its purposes.
As part of its placement services ReStraL
directly works with individuals in seeking
positions of employment in line with their
career needs and personal preferences.
Database Management
We
pride ourselves on the quality and quantity
of entries on our database. This we use
to offer recruitment services to certain
clients who only wish to have a recruits
contact.
We
offer access to our database and they
pay a token fee, as they then go ahead
to conclude the recruitment process.
