1.

Chief Executive Officer (with Chief Financial Officer skills & abilities)

 

 

A dynamic leading SA Network Marketing Company is looking to appoint a CEO (a Nigerian or Expatriate) who will initially run as a Chief Financial Officer for its operations in Lagos, Nigeria.

 

 

·       Sufficient Financial / Marketing and Sales / Human Resources knowledge;

·       Able to effectively manage customers and contracts, particularly achieving genuine sales development;

·       A good understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising cost effectiveness, including market sector targeting, cost per response, conversion etc. advantageous;

·       A proven track record of effective people management;

·       A proven track record and demonstrable success in the leadership of change;

·       A proven track record of securing the establishment of a strong performance management culture;

·       A very good first degree from a reputable university

·       An MBA will be an added advantage

·       The candidate may also be a Chartered Accountant

·       Sufficient experience and evidence of working effectively at Senior Management level in an organization, preferably including experience in marketing and distribution;

·       Experience of managing high risk issues and emergency situations;

·       Experience of working successfully under pressure.

Kwara Football Academy Administrator (KFAA)

 

Location: Ilorin, Kwara State

 

The Kwara Football Academy seeks qualified persons to:

·         Manage all aspects of the educational and football arms of the Academy

·         Ensure that the Academy accomplishes its set goals and objectives

·        Position KFA as a pioneering premier sports-based academy in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa

 

·         A highly proactive, self-starting, energetic individual

·         Superior planning, project/programme management skills and problem resolution skills

·         Flexibility to travel within Nigeria and Internationally as may be required for the role

·         Must demonstrate good interpersonal, team building, presentation and communication skills

 


Must be a graduate with Masters Degree or professional qualification with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience.

 

 

·         Experience gained in Top flight academic institutions
